i have a fundal leak after sleeve gastrectomy. pt has no co morbidity.
i did relaparascopy nd did resuturing of 8 mm staple line leak,nd drained with jackson drain. again relaproscopy to clean 
abdominal collection. pt on TPN. all parameters r near normal.
will i start oral liquid with support TPN, Or i should wait,or i should put gastrojejunal feeding.this is 3rd wk postop.
CTabdomen showing small leak, low output fistulae. pl give suggestion.thanking you.</description>

We have a patient 36 years old, six month ago we operated after  lap band a seelve gastrectomy, she leaks four days after SG, we placed a covered stent and drenaige and yeyunostomy for feding by 3 month and the leaks not sealed, the gastroenterology department in Houston trated with laser and stapler, 8 days after leaks again. we make left a stent two moth more and sealed, but after 30 days of oral feeding re open the leak and have 0.5mm above the esophagogastric junction.
what can i do? or can and send you the patient?
