Dr. Provost is President of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS) Foundation. He maintains a private practice, Provost Bariatrics in Denton, Texas. Dr. Provost also serves on the ASMBS Executive Council, is a member of the Surgical Review Corporation’s (SRC) Board of Directors, and is a member of the Society for American Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES), where he serves on the Bariatric Liaison Committee.

The recipient of the ASMBS Foundation’s 2012 Outstanding Achievement Award, Dr. Kelvin Higa, and Dr. David Sarwer, recipient of the ASMBS Integrated Health’s Circle of Excellence Award will be honored with a brief presentation during the dinner program.

Every dollar raised counts! You can make a difference in the fight against obesity. Monies raised will benefit the ASMBS Foundation’s Operation M.O.R.E. and helps to reach their fundraising goals for obesity research and education.

• Participants will be provided online fundraising tools to collect donations, after registering online.

The ASMBS Foundation’s “Surgeons Fore Success Putting Challenge.” Join the Fun, test your skills, and compete to win the new iPad:
